Advanced Three-Stage Hydraulic Jacking System

Hydraulic jacking system is mainly used for inverted construction of vertical cylindrical steel storage tank (hydraulic jacking method) and inverted construction of vertical cylindrical low-temperature storage tank in petrochemical industry. It can also be used for vertical lifting and lifting of super large objects.

⭐ Main Features:

✔ The system consists of hydraulic pump station, cylinders, steel wire, and strokes. Easy to installation and operation.

✔ Utilizes PLC central control to handle lift. Each power pack is equipped with auxiliary balance device to guarantee precision.

✔ Subsidiary manual control and central control two operation models. Cylinders can be adjusted to lift separately or in groups.

✔ All cylinders feature safety valves that automatically lock to avoid tank dropping during power failure or hose breakage.

✔ High pressure hose design prevents oil leakage. Cylinder returns to initial condition by self-weight.

✔ Stroke of 1475mm satisfies annular shell one-step lift, significantly reducing time waste.

✔ Cylinder height of 2050mm matches automatic girth welding machines for internal seam welding.

✔ Modular configuration allows jacking system quantity to be adjusted based on tank size and weight.

✔ High efficiency: Each lifting or falling cycle requires approximately 15 minutes.
