Chain Type Simple Hydraulic Jack: The LYT-type hoist is composed of a one-stage double-acting hydraulic cylinder, pulley block, load-bearing chain, and oil way. A moveable pulley is utilized to enlarge the chain stroke, meaning the traveling distance of the cylinder is 1/2 of the lifting distance of the chain. This system is ideal for the inverted installation and construction of various large steel storage tanks.
Available models include LYT-120-2700, LYT-200-2700, and LYT-300-2700. Customized strokes are available upon request to meet specific construction requirements.

The LYT-type hydraulic hoist is used to lift the tank roof and the first layer of siding. Siding is group welded when the lifting height exceeds the next layer by 30-50mm. This process is repeated layer by layer from top to bottom.

When oil enters the jack, the movable pulley is pushed upward by the piston, driving the load-bearing chain to lift the expansion ring. Once the pre-set height is reached, the next layer of siding is positioned and welded. The hoist then returns the expansion ring to the bottom for the next cycle.
