The broiler automatic feeding system consists of a driving device, hopper, conveying pipe, auger, feeding pans, suspension lifting mechanism, anti-perching device, and feed sensor. The system transports feed from the hopper to individual feeding pans to ensure consistent access for broilers. Operation is automatically controlled by a feed level sensor, signaling the motor to start or stop based on preset conditions.

1. FEED SILO (Main Feeding System)

Feed is carried from the silo to the poultry house via a main conveyor line and distributed to branch lines through hoppers. This storage system safeguards against contamination while minimizing spillage and waste.

2. Breeder Chain Feed Line

Suitable for both female and male breeders. Features a cyclical pin wheel reducer for stable operation and low noise. Feeding speeds up to 36m/min with a capacity of 0.7-1.5 kg/meter. The rack uses high-strength anti-corrosion nylon.

3. Water Nipple Drinking Line

Prevents water dropping, ensuring safety and reducing disease. Includes water filter, pressure regulator, medicine doser, and anti-perching line. Typically features 12 to 15 nipples per 3 meters.

4. Ventilation & Cooling System

Professional system using air inlets and negative-pressure exhaust fans to maintain air quality. The cooling pad uses new material interacting technology for high absorption and corrosion resistance, spreading water completely in 4-5 seconds.
