Product application: The double body anti-rotation sleeve cylinder type aerial work platform is controlled up and down and electrically lifted to make aerial work safer and more efficient. This series of elevators are widely used for lifting operations in municipal, electric power, street lamps, highways, docks, advertisements, gardens, residential property, factories, mining enterprises, workshops and other industries.
This equipment is suitable for large exhibition centers and tall halls, with an operating height of more than 20m. When the oil cylinder is tilted, it can enter and exit the gate freely, and is easy to place and maintain. The maximum height of the elevator can reach 35m, featuring wireless remote control operation.
The whole machine is composed of a platform, telescopic oil cylinder, single or double ladder anti-rotation mechanism, chassis oil tank, outrigger, and walking wheels. The platform is directly jacked by the telescopic oil cylinder. When the motor is started, it drives the gear pump to supply oil through the one-way valve and electromagnetic channel, allowing the cylinder to rise section by section.
When the platform reaches the maximum height, the system pressure hits the rated working pressure, and an overflow valve handles unloading to maintain constant pressure. The one-way valve maintains pressure after shutdown, allowing the platform to stay at any desired height safely.
