This High Speed Semi-Automatic Valve Bag Packing Machine is designed for efficient powder and granule handling. The filling process can be manual, where an operator places a bag on the spout, or fully automated using a robotic valve bag placer and magazine.
Valve bags are self-sealing or self-closing, eliminating the need for heat sealers or sewing machines. We offer three primary configurations to suit different material characteristics: Auger fillers, Impeller valve bag fillers, and Pneumatic driving air packers.
