The hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifier mixer is suitable for the production of various kinds of paste and cream products. It is specifically designed for the production of stable emulsions, creams, milk, gels, balms, lotions, ointments, and toothpastes with extremely small particles.

Working Principle

Materials in the water and oil phase tanks are heated and stirred. Once thoroughly mixed, they are transferred to the emulsifying tank by a vacuum pump. The central paddle and PTFE scraper sweep the walls, pushing material down to the high-speed homogenizer. The material is sheared and cracked into 200nm - 2um particles. Air bubbles are removed via the vacuum status.
