Our company is a manufacturer and trading company specializing in vertical lifting machinery for construction, including BMU (Façade Access System). We provide solutions covering the whole life span of the building from its preliminary stage of construction to maintenance service.

Roof Track BMU system consists of roof track, roof car and cradle. It is an aerial working access equipment for personnel, specialized for facade structure maintenance and cleaning.
1. Composition: Cradle, roof car (winch, traveling, slewing, telescopic), track system, and safety mechanism.
2. Safety: Double limit protection, over-speed protection, over-load protection, rope-broken protection, and emergency decent device. Control line uses 24V safe voltage.
3. Drive: Frequency drive for smooth braking and stable traveling.
4. Operation: Two control systems (trolley and platform) locked to each other for safety.
