🔄 Working Principle

Materials in the water and oil phase tanks are heated and stirred before being transferred to the emulsifying tank via vacuum suction. The upper central paddle combined with a PTFE wall scraper ensures thorough mixing while pushing material toward the high-speed homogenizer. The system shears and cracks the material into 200nm - 2um particles, while the vacuum state promptly removes air bubbles.
